Jetwing Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using the Jetwing platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jetwing.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Jetwing account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

When registering your Jetwing account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Jetwing accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

Deposits are credited to your Jetwing wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Jetwing is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

If a deposit is made in error or a technical issue results in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obligated to notify Jetwing support immediately. Knowingly using funds credited in error is considered fraudulent activity and will result in account suspension.

Jetwing processes withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts registered under your name. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating conditions. Jetwing does not charge withdrawal fees.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Withdrawals are sent only to the payment account linked to your Jetwing profile
• You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed
• Jetwing reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met first

In cases where Jetwing suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation. Jetwing will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

• Bets placed after a round has closed will not be accepted and will be returned to your wallet

• Creating more than one account per person

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or Jetwing staff to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process illicit funds
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Jetwing platform's code or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Jetwing staff through any communication channel
• Allowing a minor to access or use your Jetwing account

Jetwing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure — your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
